For those of you who read the blog (or try to), we apologize for not writing in a long time. A lot of things have changed around LenderLoft.com since the new year (for the better of course)!!!
So here are the highlights:
- If you are a regular user you have probably noticed the growth of our Commercial section which receives approximately 4-5 posts per day, and that is good news for all our AEs.
- We are also proud to announce the launch of our sister website AppraiserLoft.com. The goal of this website is to provide a one stop shop for all lenders, loan officers and homeowners to order an appraisal. Check it out, we are sure you will love it!
- Lastly, LenderLoft.com has moved from St. Louis., MO to sunny San Diego, CA and we are very excited to be in a warmer climate.
As always we love to hear from our users so feel free to send us your comments and suggestions at feedback@lenderloft.com.

Check out our new Scenario page! Due to the overwhelming success of our Residential Scenario page, we have decided to create a new commercial division! As you will see, the scenario page is now divided between the residential and commercial scenarios. This will help Loan Officers/Brokers to better target the right Lenders/Account Executives. The Lenders/Account Executives no longer have to sift through all the residential scenarios to find the commercial, saving them time and energy with which to better serve the Loan Officers/Brokers.
In addition to creating the new commercial scenario page, we will soon be adding a resource center to help Loan Originators/Brokers learn more about commercial lending. In this center, Lenders/Account Executives will be able to host webinars, post videos, handouts and other media that might help a Loan Officer/Broker.
If you are a Lender/Account Executive and are interested in finding out more about how you can access the Commercial Scenario page or post your learning center media, please email commerciallending@lenderloft.com or call us at 314.643.4000.

Welcome to the new look of LenderLoft.com! As promised, our new homepage is up and looking good! We think you will agree with us. Hopefully, the new page will help differentiate the 4 different types of memberships you can have on our site.
Loan officers, as you enter the site, you will notice a new personal hompage for your account. From that homepage, you will be able to see all your previously posted scenarios to use for later reference. You will also be able to access your account and billing information for premium members.
Account executives, you are now being offered a premium service! Tired of waiting around to hear from loan officers about the scenario quotes you emailed them? Wait no longer! Now, for $199.99 per month, you can call these loan officers and grab their attention. What loan officer doesn’t want an aggressive AE who is motivated to help them with their loan? The best part is, you don’t even have to dial the phone number, we do it all for you! There is no limit on the amount of calls you can make. More information on our Click to Call Program is available in your personal homepage.
Soon to come is our very own “LenderLoft.com News.” In this news section, LenderLoft.com journalists are going to bring to you the most important and interesting topics in the mortgage industry. If there is anything you would like to read about, we would be more than happy to take topic suggestions as well.
As always, if you have any questions or suggestions at all, we are happy to help. Feel free to contact us anytime!

Look what’s happening at LenderLoft.com!
Coming soon:
- A New Homepage!- The time has come for a new look, and we are about ready to bring it to you. Our new homepage will simplify the registration process and make our membership options more concise.
- Loan Officer Profiles!- As opposed to staying on the general homepage after you sign in, you will be directed to your own personal homepage. From that page, you will be able to edit personal information, upload a photo of yourself, and view all the scenarios you have posted since your registration date with LenderLoft.com. The new personal homepage will also offer a new segment entitled “My Lenders” where you can keep your favorite lenders organized in one place.
- Live Call!- Account Executives will now have the opportunity to call loan officers (and vice versa) regarding posted scenarios as opposed to waiting for the L.O. to call them! It’s a more aggressive way to close these deals! This function will be part of the premium membership for account executives. The upgrade will cost $200/month and it’s well worth it!
We would like to thank you, the reader, for your interest in LenderLoft.com and hope you find our site resourceful and easy to use. The company has grown quickly since its launch in April of this year. Thank you for your continued support!
